Pay your 2025 dues today!

The HOA has an important announcement for 2025 HOA dues. The amount will be increasing from $100 to $125 and is due on 4/1/2025. Letters will be mailed out by end of day Friday 2/28/2025. 

This is the first time the HOA is raising the dues since its establishment, and we hope you understand the need for this increase due to inflation. Please refer to Article IV, Section 3 for more details. 

Conveniently pay your 2025 dues online with a small PayPal processing fee. Please make sure to note the homeowners name and address when making a payment. Any questions can be directed via email to fernwoodacreshoa@gmail.com.

HOA dues are due by April 1st. A $25.00 late fee will be added after March 15th.
