Pay your 2026 dues today!

The HOA would like to remind homeowners of the HOA dues increase that went into effect in 2025. The annual dues increased from $100 to $125 and remain due on 4/1 each year.

This was the first time the HOA raised the dues since its establishment, and we appreciate your understanding as the increase was necessary due to inflation. Please refer to Article IV, Section 3 for more details. 

Conveniently pay your 2026 dues online with a small PayPal processing fee. Please make sure to note the homeowners name and address when making a payment. Any questions can be directed via email to fernwoodacreshoa@gmail.com.

HOA dues are due by April 1st. A $25.00 late fee will be added after March 15th.
